Tony Curran’s new body of work translates simple digital brush marks into rhythmic, technophilic and hard-edged abstractions. By using fragments of observational drawings made on an iPad, the artist has remixed these into compositions that oscillate between random and constructed, abstract and figurative, human and machine-made.
